## Temporary Suspension of TSS Signing In a collaborative effort with esteemed cryptography experts, our internal investigation has led us to a decision that prioritizes the security of assets managed by our network. We have identified a known vulnerability that requires immediate attention. Therefore, we have chosen to temporarily pause TSS signing until this vulnerability can be adequately patched by our node operators. Please understand that this decision was made with the utmost care and consideration for the integrity and security of the network. It's not a step that we take lightly. However, we firmly believe that the safety of our assets must always be our paramount concern. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this necessary pause in operations. Rest assured, we are fully committed to restoring full functionality as soon as possible. We kindly request all node operators to remain available for an upcoming THORNode release. Once this release is made and adopted, TSS signing can and will be safely resumed. Thank you for your understanding and your continued support.

Seems like effective hard cap is reached. This is when the total pooled RUNE is more than the total bonded RUNE quantity of the lowest 67% of active nodes. Swaps and LP/Savers withdrawals function as normal, but LP/Savers deposits and Synths minting are blocked. Pooled RUNE can drop below the effective hard cap via: - Overall RUNE:Asset price ratio increases - Bonded RUNE increase (either by more nodes churning in, or nodes posting more bond) - Withdrawals from LP/Savers

"streaming swap" - a swap can be streamed over a pool to get close to perfect price execution and almost no fees. The stream would take about ~10mins, and would follow the pool price. Less fees for protocol, but unbeatable price execution and fees. Good idea?
