MEV exists when: 1) Block producers can unilaterally order trades, because 2) Trade agents can bribe them, and 3) Trade agents can profit from public trades (3) not possible since slip-queue turns the entire margin into a fee (2) not possible due Incentive Pendulum paying everyone (Nodes and LPs) (1) not possible due Nodes not being able to order trades

Why it's not possible to MEV on TC: 1) Nodes observe inbound L1 tx; when 67% "agree" the swap goes into a queue > No node can elect to fast-track a tx, since they unilaterally can't control when 67% consensus is achieved * A single node can only withhold *their* observation 🧵
