AVAX node instability overnight saw a number of transaction out retries before they were observed and processed, leading to some users receiving more than one transaction.
Users who swapped to AVAX.AVAX or AVAX.USDC overnight please check your wallets and refund to Treasury Address. You can keep 10% as a bounty. The funds will be used to re-imburse Node Operators who suffered slashes because of this. Devs will look into root cause and resolve to prevent re-occurrence.
