THORChads constantly revisit their assumptions. 1) TSS GG18? No, switch to GG20. 2) Yggdrasil vaults? No, deprecate them. 4) Large TSS vaults? No, make them smaller. 5) Disallow split swaps up? No, and automate them (streams). 6) No stream loans? No, stream 'em 7) Disallow Pooled Nodes? No, let up to 10 pool 8) ILP? No, deprecate when small enough. Strong opinions, loosely held. But on some things, THORChads are adamant, and the protocol has never changed. * Slip-based fees, anon nodes, slot-based churns etc etc.

Ostensibly there is no liquidation on loans - if collateral value < 100% of debt value ... nothing happens. Lender can return their debt, or whatever. Defined in the risk report, there are *some* long-tail conditions that could in theory cause collateral to be stuck in the protocol, but there is no code to zero out that collateral. Such conditions are handled by risk parameters; the protocol doesn't want to get in that condition in the first place. However if collateral is "stuck", there is mechanisms to unstick that collateral - providing the protocol is functioning and is able to accumulate revenue. As always, DYOR and be comfortable with the risks; but they are definitely known about and no THORChad denies they exist.
