Current plan will change with the evolving situation:
1) Thornode version 1.89 Release (includes new mimir command)
2) 100% of nodes adopt 1.89 - takes 24-48 hrs
3) Enable mimir to allow symmetric LP withdrawals ONLY. Assymetric withdrawals and trading suspended (to keep pool balance to let LPs withdraw their RUNE)
4) Allow a few days for LPs to withdraw symmetric withdrawals 
5) Enable trading and assymetric LP actions
