Yes, the network is getting close to pushing 3.19.0. It is on stagenet being tested furiously. The devs are attacking it head on. We just want to make sure everything checks out because a lot of math is involved (especially with accounting. Shout out to Hans for helping out with that!)
If all goes well, 3.19.0 could be pushed very soon. Within days.
